The Young Ladies Who L.E.A.D. Book Collaboration features five young ladies currently residing in South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, and New York.  Each young lady has set and reached tremendous goals.  Although they are sharing how they Learn, Excel, Achieve, and Dare to be great (LEAD) this is only the beginning of their success and accomplishments.

Young Ladies Who L.E.A.D. is a mentoring program for elementary female students in grades 2nd-4th grades. The program is based out of the Washington, DC. metropolitan area and serves young ladies in Prince George's County, MD, Charles County, MD, Montgomery County, MD, and Washington, DC.

 

The Purpose of Young Ladies Who L..E.A.D. is to empower and encourage young ladies from Grades 2 to Grade 4  to Learn, Excel, Achieve and Dare to be Great (LEAD)

It is our mission to invest in elementary-aged young ladies and provide opportunities and growth experiences in an effort to inspire, motivate, and engage them in their own success.

We envision a world where young ladies across the nation realizes her leadership potential and activates her knowledge and skills throughout elementary, middle, high school years as well as higher education, career, and life.
